I live 3 hours from Portland and when I called to ask if the Kia Sedona that I wanted was still available, Kito Songvilay assured me it was available, and that it was the price I was looking for.  He assured me I would drive it home the same day, and he was right!!!!  It had everything I wanted/needed in a vehicle and I couldn't have gotten better service from another agent.  Kito Songvilay is honest, witty, won't bs you, and makes sure you're a happy customer when you leave.  He even came in on his day off.  Should you buy a vehicle from him, he really appreciates Cinnabons 😉  Thanks for all the help Kito and Kia of Portland for making this purchase possible!!

I had the best experience at Kia of Portland today! I had an appointment with the service department to check my airbag light that was staying lit. I had an extended warranty for a faulty airbag clockspring sent to me my Kia Motors a couple years ago. They ubered me over to Lloyd Center to do a little shopping while they replaced the defective clockspring I needed and washed my dirty sorento, also changed my oil. The only thing I paid for was my oil change! They worked on my car for most of the day, while I had a fun day shopping. In contrast, I tried to take my issue to Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver (since I live in Vancouver) and was told my extended warranty might not be honored, as the extended warranty only applied to certain cars and that there were a lot of "fake" extended warranties. When I do buy a new Kia it will definitely be from Kia of Portland!! I worked directly with Andy who was very informative, kind and honest. The customer service at Kia of Portland is exceptional. I would give Broadway Kia Service 3-stars; however, Kim is awesome, polite respectful & genuinely concerned about the customer and their car. It never seems like we are getting our car serviced it's more like we are visiting a friend & having something done to the car is just the perk of that friend having a exceptionally equipped garage... So yes the service is good but Kim makes it GREAT!Thank you?

I am always tentative when heading to a dealership, but I was beyond impressed with my experience at Kia of Portland. It appeared that I had a coolant leak, so I headed right over immediately after seeing the puddle beneath my car.I was enthusiastically greeted by Kim Savage, and she immediately had a service tech take a quick look. From a quick look, it appeared that all was fine. The mechanic wanted to take another look on the lift. They quoted me about 1/2 hour wait to be able to get that done.So I settled in to watch House Hunters, had a cup of coffee and a bag popcorn. Kim was working the room all of the time, letting people know the status on their wait, and generally creating a fun environment.Thirty minutes later, I was all clear and good to go. No charge and on my way. Kim really connects with folks, and makes you feel appreciated for you business. I'll be back for all my repair and service needs!
