This service department has earned my loyalty. Scheduling is easy, service professional and quick. They have used a driver service to get me home and back safely. I hope I always feel this satisfied!
James Franco went above and beyond to understand what vehicle I was searching for and the price I wanted to pay. He worked hard to find the vehicle that met my needs. The sales manager also understood my desires and they made the purchasing process very simple and straightforward.
The Service staff was very helpful. They got me in first thing and took care of everything I needed in less than an hour !! They had snacks and coffee which was nice since it was early in the morning. They came in after the inspection and let me know how everything was with my car and suggested what should be done...but, they weren’t pushy about it, which I liked. Great experience for sure
Staff was absolutely amazing, stayed open late knowing I was on my way there to possibly buy a car. So sweet and helpful, made the purchase painless and effortless, I was happy with everything that happened that night and the new car I now have. Special shout out to James for helping me get situated with my car and being so nice and patient with me. Leaving there felt like I didnt just buy a car but also made friends with some very nice people.

I was acknowledged and greeted by the service manager Ms. Savage, herself! She remembered me from a previous visit which was amazing. I felt a sense of belonging . They offered snacks and coffee/drinks while I waited. Instead, I took advantage of their complimentary Lyft ride to my gym. My car was ready in 90 minutes. They gave me call and I returned. They vacuumed the front of my car and notified me of upcoming services that will be needed for my car. As I pulled of, I vowed to stick with Kia from here on. I am a satisfied customer
