How a Service Visit Works
Schedule your visit online, in person, or by phone. When you arrive, pull into the service drive, our service advisors are right inside the door and will meet you there.
We start every visit with a walk-around of your vehicle, taking photos and notes, and confirm the reason for your appointment so we have a clear understanding of what you need. We also check for open recalls and take care of them in the same visit when time allows.
Every vehicle gets a full video inspection from our technicians, sent directly to you with the option to approve or decline any recommended work. We only perform work you've approved, and your advisor is available to answer questions before you decide. Once your vehicle is ready, we'll reach out using whichever contact method you prefer, text or call.
If you need a ride, Uber and rental car options are available depending on the service being performed or your warranty coverage, ask your advisor what applies to your visit. Prefer to wait? Need to drop off before we open? Use our 24/7 key drop box, available anytime. Key drop is self-service only, no staff, transportation, or dealership facilities are available during that window.
Need to pick up after we close? If your service has been paid in full through the click-to-pay link we send you, you can pick up your vehicle from our Sales department until 8 PM on weekdays.
